Stage 1: Analysis and Design

We review and analyze all your electricity bills from last year, roof and other unused areas and all financial aspects. Based on that information, we design and determine the system size.
 

Stage 2: Power Purchasing Agreement

A power purchase agreement will be signed between you and our financial partner, all power rates, installation and monitoring aspects will be covered
 

Stage 3: Paperwork & City Permits

After an agreement will be signed we will prepare and send all paper work and plans needed to your utility company as well as for the permits we need.

Stage 4: Installation

Installation will start after getting all the approvals we need.

All our installers are certified and experienced electricians. After the installation is done a system performance testing and validation will be taken.

The installation can take about a month for mid small projects and three months for large ones.
 

Stage 5: System Approval

A local utility or a city inspector will visit your facility and approve it, ensuring a safe and reliable system that delivers power in line with the solar code. Sol Or Corp. will send the approval to your utility company in order them to start with the net-metering program.
 

Stage 6: Billing and Monitoring

Our turnkey solution provides you with monitoring service including detailed system production information as well as with your usage, for every current moment. This information is available on the internet, so you can view it even if you away from your office, at home or even during your vacation.

Based on your monthly usage a bill will be issued to you by our financial partner with a lower price per KW.
